There is something about a summer bbq session that just feels right. I love being out in our yard and using the grill on these long summer days. Best part is there is no clean up! I marinate the veggies in a little bit of soy sauce and they are so sweet and delicious!

What you need:

Grab your favorite veggies - I typically do carrots, onions, mushrooms, corn, zucchini and squash

Garlic salt and lemon pepper

Olive oil spray

Soy sauce

Desired protein - this week I did sausages and last week I did steak!

Directions:

Slice your veggies and place them all in a baking dish and drizzle soy sauce over them, sprinkle garlic salt and lemon pepper and let marinate for 30 minutes

For the corn apply butter, salt and pepper and wrap in tinfoil

Light your grill and have it on high heat and place the corn on right away (corn needs 20 minutes)

Once temp reaches 400 place your protein on the grill

Lay vegetables down on the grill or in a bbq grill pan and cook until desired crispiness

So easy and so good!
