Brussel Sprout Salad

One of my favorite restaurants makes a delicious Brussel sprout salad in the winter and it inspired me to make my own version!
What you need:
2 cups of thinly sliced Brussel sprouts
1 small onion
3 pieces of bacon
1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
1 teaspoon of cracked lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
Directions:
Dice onion, and cook on stove top until caramelized
In a large pan on the stove cook bacon until crispy - removing and cutting into small pieces, leave excess oil in pan
Turn stove top to high heat, and add Brussel sprouts frying the sides in the bacon grease
When Brussels begin to crisp, add a half cup of water, balsamic vinegar, and all seasonings stirring regularly until water is absorbed
Add onion and bacon and mix into Brussel sprouts
Move all ingredients to one side of the pan and crack an egg - frying it until well done
Break egg up and mix into the Brussel sprout salad
Top with salt and pepper and parmesan if desired
