Ski Break Sausage Medley

We are big skiers over here, and love our time in the mountains. Theres something about a warm meal in between the slopes that makes it taste even better! This is great for dinner, lunch or any occasion!
What you need:
2 russet potatoes cubed
2 zucchini’s sliced
1 onion chopped
1 tablespoon of garlic
1 package of sausage (I used beer bratwurst)
1 cup of broccoli
1 tablespoon of chili flakes
1 table spoon of garlic salt
Directions:
In a large skillet on the stove combine 1 table spoon of olive oil and potatoes and cook on medium hit for 10 minutes stirring regularly (cover when not stirring so potatoes can soften)
Once potatoes are softened add onion, zucchini and garlic and continue to cook until onions begin to caramelize, and then add broccoli and seasonings and mix evenly and cover for about 6 minutes
Slice the sausage, and in a separate pan add sausage, and a dash of olive oil and cook until it begins to crisp (about five minutes)
Add all ingredients in one skillet, cook together for two minutes
Serve and enjoy!
